 Hi again everyone

I am now going to move away from Christmas cards for a little while.  Birthday cards are needed.  

For this card I used the following ingredients

Elements inks - Truffle, Russet orange, sundance and confetti

Lavinia Stamps - Star blossom, Bell flower, Fip, Starlights and heartfelt wishes

Red and orange glitter gel pens

Black fineliner

Circle mask

grey pastel pencil for highlights

Kuretake pens yellow, red and orange

Wink of stella

Ranger glossy accents

Daisy B x Three 5

 Well hello everyone

It is nice to be here to share with you all three simple and easy Birthday Cards - yes you heard it right - Birthday not Christmas

These really were easy as I simply used three of Daisy B's stamps, a little red and a sentiment by Lavinia Stamps. All mounted onto a 5x7 card after edging the panel using a black sharpie

I wanted a change plus wanted to start filling my ebay selling page with some variation of occasions other than Christmas.

Copper metallic/Mirri card

Yellow Posca pen

1. Using a circle stencil I used Elements Ink Sahara with no. 9 stencil brush, heavier at the bottom than top and right hand side

​2. Then blended Elements ink Mulberry using a No 3 stencil brush concentrating on the bottom for depth

​3. The finished circle

​4. Stamped part way round circle using Fairy Catkins and Versafine Clair Pinecone

​4. Again using Versafine Clair Pinecone stamped and extra piece of Fairy Catkin on the right, Fairy Dust Silhouette and one of the Small Pine Trees

​5.  Using a torn piece of copy paper created hills using a No 3 Stencil brush and Truffles Elements ink

​6.  I stamped the Mini Pixie houses and Fairy Ladders in Versafine Clair Pinecone.  Using the No 3 Lavinia stencil brush and Elements Truffle created shadows beneath them

​7. I added one of the Fairy Foragers and the other three Mini Pine Trees using Versafine Clair Pinecone.  The spotlight was created using a circle mask using No 9 Stencil Brush with Elements Sahara.  The hills beneath the circle were created with Elements Truffles and a cut piece of copy paper

​8. Used the No 9 Stencil brush with Elements Sahara around the edge of card also stamped in second generation Winter Magic using Pinecone.  Extended the shading beneath the Fairy Dust Silhouette using Elements Truffle

9. Coloured the Catkins and fairy wings Using Yellow and orange sparkle Pens as could not find my Wink of Stella so apologize for that. Recommend Kuretake Zig Clean Color Real brush pens with Wink of Stella over the top. Bronze signo Glitter gel pen for hair

10. Yellow posca pen to add to the stardust.  White signo gel pen for highlights. Decoart Glamour dust glitter for stardust

 Hi all 

I thought I best make some cards for my team members and I felt I needed something less complicated than I usually do.

If you remember a while back I made a few square cards with the tree called Christmas Joy using animals as in this one. Those were for my manager to give out to the team.

For these I used Lavinia stamps and products of course lol .

 Hi all it is time for our new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create and of course is always anything goes with the option for any winter  holiday. I play at anything goes as part of my DT obligations - so I made something that had nothing to do with a holiday except the mice are having fun keeping the cat on his toes or is he about to join in with pushing the big one over and then wondering if he can squeeze through the mousehole before his owners come home lol.

I used Card-io stamps for my card and the sets I used were Forest flora, Taking Cover, Wisteria, Waving wildflowers, posh pots and Pottery petites

BOHO to YOU POE

 For this challenge over at Peace on Earth Christmas I made a card of a stag for Team Diane. Here is the moodboard that inspired me to make this one. I used the bottom left image to work from

I used stamp set from In Love Arts which as you can see is a BOHO set. All in all I used 8 Images to create this gorgeous stag and coloured him very lightly.

Triple Trees 5

 These cards were really easy to make ideal for batch making.  I used my Fave Lavinia stamp little Pipin - I just cannot resist him.  The tree is actually Leaf Bouquet turn upside down. All coloured using glitter gel pens and scattered with holographic glitter

I am feeling good, not only for winning £200 in Lavinia Gift Vouchers in the recent Hallaganza event but also being honoured for being asked to be the December Guest Designer for Lavinia.  I am buzzing with excitement.  Need to scrape me off the ceiling to get down and create.

Glitter gel pens pink, blue, purple and silver

Lavinia Glitter Starbrights Holographic 

Lavinia Eco Glitter Starbrights Fairy-Tales

White pastel pencil for highlights

Zig 2 way glue pen for the glitter

Black sharpie for the edging

I used a circle and hill mask, Elements Ink Graphite and No 9 Lavinia Brush to create hills, spotlight the pixies blend around the card to create a frame and ground the images. 

I use the glitter gel pens for the fairy wings, baubles and randomly over the tree

With Graphite elements and No 9 Lavinia Brush I gently brushed over certain areas of the stencil around the fairies and pixies to give them movement, also under the tree and Rory and Darcy. At this point I had decided there was something missing so used the tree stamp for either side, for which I am now happy with.  More gel pen work

Using Morning Mist Versafine Clair Ink pad I stamped Winter Magic around the edges.  I adhered the Holographic and Fairy-Tales glitter using my Zig Glue Pen.
