Another Christmas card.....

Yes I am sharing yet another simple card.  I used backing paper from a paper pad I had laying around and for the life of me cannot remember which one it is.  If I do I will update this post.  I used white card for matting and used a Martha Stewart snowflake corner punch - I used the snowflakes from the punch randomly at the top of the card.  I had cut away some of the front of the base card and used the same paper inside on the right to show when the card is stood up.

Thanks for dropping in and have a wonderful Christmas all of you

Another Christmas card

I have recently posted a few cards using this stamp (which by the way I absolutely adore).  I remembered I needed one more for a friend I am meeting up with tomorrow for lunch so up to my room I went lol.  Instead of using flower soft for the snow I used stickles for which I think is equally effective.  Truth be known I couldn find the flower soft in amongst the bomb site of a craft room lol.

Thank you for popping in and hope to see you all soon

More Christmas cards *

This evening I am sharing a few Christmas cards - what a shock at this time of year.  I just love these bauble stamps, thoroughly enjoyed making these and so effective with a little colour, flower soft for the snow and glamour dust on the body of the ornaments.

Thanks for dropping by and please please call again real soon

Christmas card

Today I am sharing another Christmas card made last night.  I used Kraft card base and white card, embossed using snowflake folder same as the matting dabbed with shabby shutters DI.  Finally random glamour dust. I randomly stamped using the same DI and a branch die around the edge of card though tis really feint - Voila all complete!

Thanks for popping in and see you soon xx

Quickie crochet decoration *

Just another quickie.  I have been making alot of decorations this year and just cant seem to stop lol.  I made this one tonight - a mini crochet wreath for my tree.  Though it is not traditional green I actually like it in white with the sheer red ribbon threaded through the holes.

I do hope you have enjoyed your visit tonight and please call again real soon.  I suspect I will be still sharing Christmas projects right into the New year lol.

Thanks again for visiting

Hanging arrow.*

For this project I altered an MDF arrow from Fernli Designs.  I covered it with 2 different papers and used rubbishy cheap decos from the pound sho.  I dabbed white paint over the glitterness and transformed them into something nice to look at.  I have been making decos like this for my living room for the festive season. I decorated both sides. Yes there are more to come......

Hugz and Happy Christmas to all that visit lol

Altered box + matchboxes

Time for another challenge over at Altered Eclectics and this is the final challenge to run for 2 months until 1st Feb - a mini break for the DT and a well deserved one at that lol.

For this I altered a wooden box and filled it with broken jewellery to ad weight to it.  I then cut matchboxes from my TH die and stacked and numbered them for an advent calendar.  Finally I attached ribbon across the top to hold into place.

That's it for this year and I hope you all come on over and join in with our anything goes ixed media challenge - we would love to see you there.

Peg Deco...*

For December and January challenge over at Eclectic Ellapu, the PINK team theme is 12 Days of Christmas.  I had nothing that would fit so decided to make a Christmas decoration out of 12 pegs, papers and cheap plastic flowers/leaves from the local pound shop.  I toned them down with dabbed on white acrylic paint.  I decorated both sides of the pegs so matter which way it turned it would look Christmassy!

Why not head on over to Eclectic Ellapu and join in with the fun.  Don't forget this challenge is running until February 1st - we all need the break.

Hugz to all
