Altered Canvas for a change ....D

It is time (pardon the pun lol) for another challenge over at Eclectic ellapu and the theme is believe it or not TIME.

Yes as you can see I dragged a canvas out and set to texturing the background using crackle paste and my brick stencil.  i then overloaded it all with paints and spray inks.  Love the final colours.  I used a TH clock face die and the hands and stuck it to a cd I had also textured with modelling paste.  I used wooden cogs, charm, metal hands and chain aound the outside of clock face.  I used my dymo for the wording - We do not have all the time in the world so make the most of every second.

I do hope you like the final outcome.  Thank you for calling and I apologise for all the pics.

Please call again real soon and why not head on over to Eclectic Ellapu and join in with the fun.

  1. Well you certainly packed a lot of texture into this piece. I like the way the brick texture peeks through and the chain is a nice finishing touch. Thanks for joining in our 'Get Some Texture' challenge at A Vintage Journey. Anne x
