Good morning.. I didn't realise it was so late LOL....

Tonight I have been concentrating on a commission, a birthday card for a special little girl.  I just love this image and I know she will too. I have spent most of the day up the hospital with my mum again so took on this project to take my mind of it all.. I struggled but I think it was worthwhile the effort.  I only have another 3 cards to work on but they are not needed for a couple of weeks so I can rest on my laurels and create when I feel like it LOL.

Here is all the gumphhhhhhh......

Image - Saturated Canary
Backing papers - Nitwits
Pearls, ribbon, glitter, gems - my stash
Flower - Sizzix

Hatched, Matched & Dispatched - Gayle Cook,Teddy Bo & Co

Hi everyone

I have been home from work today not feeling too good and to keep myself occupied between sleeps I have chosen to make another simple card.  Good way to pass time and not too taxing for the brain.  LOL..

I have had this cute image for quite a while and to be honest had forgotten all about it.  I regained contact with it when browsing through my project book and felt the urge to print it there and then.  I used the title of the image as the cards' sentiment as I thought it quite catchy and amusing!

Ingredients
Image - Teddy Bo & Co (used prismacolor pencils)
Papers - Raspberry Road
Pearl gems, ribbon and lace - my stash

The inside compliments the front as per usual....

You and me baby - Christy Croll

Just a very quick post re a really quick card (not the colouring of the image though, that took a while! LOL).  I enlarged the image and coloured it up using my pencils.  I wanted to see how it looked much bigger than normal (for me that is!)The backing papers came from Lynn Call Designs, Russet passion.  I used Marianne Creatables die for the corners and the ribbon for the bow was from my stash.

Wryn, New Nest - Christy Croll with Oval Flowers - Gayle Bond from Scrapbook Sisters

Hi all

Tonight I have used one of my prizes, yes prizes, from winning a challenge over at Scrapbook Sisters.  It has served two purposes actually, one I wanted to experiment with it and two I wanted to enter their latest challenge no 71, New Home.  So the best image to merge into the oval frame has got to be Wryn, New Nest from Tiddlyinks.

The backing papers are from Nitwits and all the diecuts are Spellbinders and Marianne Creatables. I created the sentiment in word. I used alot of glitter glue on the project along with gems from my stash.  Notice no ribbons flowers and bows.  Makes a change LOL.

The inside compliments the front

Cast your spell - Christy Croll

Tonight I have been making this card for this weeks
Tiddlyinks challenge of Sparkle it up.
One stitch at a time - Anything Goes

I used Cast your spell by Christy Croll as I felt it appropriate for sparkle!  I coloured the image with my prismacolor pencils.  I loaded it with glamour dust and teeny weeny gems from my stash.  The backing papers are from My Memories

The ribbons from my stash are also sparkled up with my teeny weeny gems. The sentiments were ticket style but I cut them up tiny and layered two of them.  Around the edge of one of the layed I pleated the organza ribbon to add another dimension to my project.... The inside has also been treated in a similar way, as usual....

Well that is it from me tonight.. I do hope you enjoyed your visit tonight

Ingredients
Backing Papers from My Memories
Sentiment generated in word.

Baby Girl s - Mo Manning

Hi everyone

I do hope you are all enjoying your Saturday evening.  Today all I have done is a little housework and shopping and the rest of the time relaxing with the television and popping over to my craft area.  I need to relax as yesterday all I seemed to do was sort out my mothers banking and trying to get some sort of order before the awful time comes.  After spending at least an hour in the bank I was mentally drained.  I headed back to the car and my head was all over the place and something at the back at my mind was telling me to look at my car documents... which I did as soon as I got back to my car.  Good job I did... My MOT was due to run out on Valentines day....Managed to get it booked in and it ended up costing me £180 which is not too bad really.. just could have done without the expense.  I could have bought loads of crafty items for that LOL.

Anyway it is pretty obvious I have another card to put up here as I just cannot leave it alone...  I felt like making a Christening card and I wanted to keep it simple.. so I did!

Ingredients
Image - Baby Girls S, Mo Manning
Papers - my stash
Ribbon, pearl gems and butterflies - my stash
Sentiment verse - free on the internet
The inside compliments the front as always

Birthday Balloon Boy - Sassy Cheryl

Hi all

Another quickie tonight.  I suddenly felt the urge to make a little boys birthday card and I have to admit I quite liked the simplicity of it all for a change LOL.  I chose an image by  Sassy Cheryl called Birthday Balloon Boy.  He is such a cutie, well I think so anyway.  The backing papers are from Nitwits and the buttons and twine from my stash.  I coloured this little cutie using my promarkers (after dusting them off LOL) and prismacolor pencils.  I used distress ink for the clouds.  I used Microsoft word for the sentiment.  The inside compliments the outside as usual.  Well how simple was that......

I have a two grandsons who would love this card so who knows it may just get used for one of their birthdays this year.

This card has been entered into this weeks Allsorts challenge of Free and Easy.

Thats it for me tonight...

Goodnight and God Bless xxx
