Lots of green......D

Hi all
This will be a very quick posting as I desperately need my bed - it is screaming at me lol.

I altered a box for a friend at work and this is her favourite colour.  I used oddments of lace sporadically, a little pearl trim which was kicking about on my table (lurking in the shadows lol)  a large rosette flower with an old pearl brooch in the middle.  On the front I used a butterfly - a butterfly the recipient of this box gave me in a bag of broken jewellery she gave me.  I always like to use the pieces given to me alter them and give them right back lol.

I used a dark jade paint, then added white and brushed lightly over the top. I then used a rub n buff over the textured areas.  I then sealed it with mod podge.
Now for the pics.

Hugz and love to all and thank you for visiting me - do call back whenever you like lol.
