Coming into land

Hi everyone

Just a quick one tonight before heading to bed to watch some TV. I am into Vampire Diaries at the moment (second time round lol)

I am struggling to put scenes together at the moment and I think I will need to sort out my room so I can think straight. I have bought and bought continuously and not used the best part of them. I think I m going to have to watch more You tube. So for this one I have used my ever faithful and comfortable ones to try and kick start myself to use the newer ones

Note the meeces are behind the trees watching intently

Anyhow for this one I used Card-io stamp sets mini tall trees, breezy day, peaceful place and watersedge

Painted the tree trunks using the midnight blue

Simply Poppies

Hello all, great to see you here visiting me today

I put this together using my favourite flower stamps. I adore poppies but my garden does not like to grow them for some reason or other

The Lavinia stamps I used are Group poppies, Orchard grass, Flutterby mini and heartfelt verses

In harmony

Hi again

I wanted to make a card before heading to bed. I fancied using my favourite Lavinia fairies

Wishes

Hello all, hope you are well

I wanted to use Everlee so out came the flora stamps.

I decided to make another card with the center part clean and white splitting the design but this time I wanted Everlee's legs to be part of the white space

I used Lavinia stamp sets Harmony, Orchard Grass, Everlee, fairy foragers, Wodland fern, Bluebell and Star blossom.

Wintery feeling

Hi all yes it is me back again

For this one I used Lavinia stamps Magnus, Large reindeer, wild hares, Brodwin and Fairy fir tree 2.

Elements inks, mermaid, confetti, della blue, vilet chalk, graphite and mulberry

Nocturne versafineclair

white pastel pencil, black fineliner and heaps of stickles for snow and trees

Black shapie for the edge of card

White posca pen for the snowfall

This card is 8x8 inches and has been made for the teams Manager, well one of them,

for Christmas so there is room for us to sign. Only 3 more to make :(

I have loads of chores to do but hey my craft room beckoned due to a simplistic design so I thought 'why not' So here I am

Snowy scene

Yes it is time for another fabulous challenge over at Peace on Earth Christmas Challenge and we have this beautiful moodboard to follow and jerk our creative imagination

For my card I chose deers. trees and of course snow. The front tree is from Lavinia stamps the other trees, Santa and his sleigh and of course the deers are by Card-io stamps. The sky was created using purple, red dark blue and black versacolor ink pads.

Life life, have fun

Hi all me again.

I decided to make another quite clean and simple card, by that I mean not my usual over crowded design. What spurred me on was a background I made a couple of days ago.

Background was made by spraying the leftover ink on my feather leaf stencil after another project, and placed it down on card. Got this idea from Jo Rice. Pattern is always random. I quite like this one so it did not end up in the bin lol.

Shine the light

Hello to you all

I decided to try to use up some scraps of card and guess what ended up cuttin up more card for a matt underneath the image. Oh well next time - maybe, perhaps!!! I needed a simple design to try to gain some of my mojo back to think of ideas and I think I may have one in the pipeline lol.

Sepia Christmas

Hi all

I have not posted for a few days as had no mojo to think up new ideas so to kick start myself I decided to make a real simple card, well not so simple 3 attempts lol. I decided to make a smaller version of one I had made previously but slightly different

I used low tack tape through the middle

For this I simply used Lavinia stap Fir Tree 1.

Elements ink Sahara for the surround

Versafine Clair oinecone for the trees

Brown sharpie on all layers

Sentiments stickers 2 and wiped over using the pinecone as originally blue

PS I have not sorted a matchin envelope, am awaiting a new delivery

I think I may make a batch of similar cards nearer the festive season

Faith, Hope and Happiness

I recieved my latest batch of Lavinia stamps this morning whilst working from home and was just excited to get them out and play but alas had to get my work done first.....Not fair lol

Of course I ripped open the packaging and delved right in. I had seen a tutorial on you tube by Tracey Dutton, the lady that owns and creates all these beautiful stamps. Anyhow I just had to create her design and I loved it. I have shared it with our Mental Health Forum meetings in which I help to facilitate at work twice a week.

The mantra Faith, Hope and Happiness was for all of the 193 people who joined our meeting. They loved it

For this one I have used Forest cap mushroom, woodland fern, bluebells, flora set, Magic surrounds us and blessings.
