but this time it is a prezzie for a friend who is moving this coming week - well it is my mate who is leader of the Purple team - she has been otherwise occupied for a while but will be back in the near future.
I simply covered a 6inch heart with paper, stamped out my fav poppy stamp - coloured it all in sepia tones using my copics and prismas. I then wiped scattered straw DI over it. I cut into 4 and layered onto kraft card, distressed the edges and wiped brushed corduroy round the edges. I placed them on the heart and painted over the top using glossy accents. The letters were stamped and wiped using the same DI - they too were mounted and painted. I used twine between the cut image and stuck a fence across the botton. This has been inked up also.
Thats it really all done!
Sorry for the amount of pics and the cracked effect overlay - my photo programme playing up a bit (mind you I quite like it lol)
Hugz and love to you all
