Bits and Bobs.......F

Here is a make from this afternoon.  I did not know what I wanted to make so decided to empty out my bits and bobs box determined to use up some of my scraps.  I am listing what I used and hopefully you will make sense of it all.

Giant tag - Fernli Designs

Paper - Basic Grey

Chipboard mannequins - 1 small 1 large

negative space from mannequins stencilled on background using DI, stamped and dusted over with cosmic shimmer powder

background and mannequins covered in same paper, stamped using a swirly La Blanche stamp then gold and paprika (never been opened - hang head in shame lol) embossed - WOW powders

Lindsey Mason sentiment on BG paper and edge gold embossed

at the top a partial flower made by me  with random pearls in middle topped with button

an airdry clay frame I made ages ago which did not turn out as perfect as I wanted it for a project at the time

Lollipop flower made by me from cream satin and sprayed with Adirondacks butterscotch and walnut (I think) and some odd seed beads from an old necklace in the centre covered with glitter glue.

Cotton lace trims and buttons from Brenda Exeter on Facebook (fab trims)

random acrylic heart I found lurking in amongst it all

2 crochet butterflies made by lil ol me with flower stamens for feelers

odd white satin leaves inked and randomly embossed

under the buttons on the skirts are a couple of fern like appliques which I cut out of some lace trim

an odd dangly earring resembling little coins (dirty looking so rubbed inka gold over them)

I think thats about it really apart from glue lol and the pics! Sorry for overload -----

I hope you enjoyed your visit - please call back again real soon.

Hugz and love

  7. Elaine, this is absolutely elegant! I am glad that you took so many close-ups, as I enjoyed the details--especially that random necklace which make the perfect tail for your butterfly. I have a box of old earrings, and, now, I will be taking a different look at them! Thanks for sharing this beautiful piece. It is perfect for The Tag Along Blog Challenge this week!
