Magical things

 Hi everybody

I have been sitting here watching Hallaganza and wow all the inspiration is amazing

Whilst watching I just had to make a card - of course, or I wouldn't be here lol

Seeing as I have to wait for my new stamps to arrive (believe me I have itchy fingers like every who has ordered them) I decided to put this together with other stunning stamps. Tracey sure draws so beautiful with amazing detail who could resist - well I can't and have no control.

For this one the ingredients I have used are all Lavinia products

Background was a mop up of an already used stencil, Feather leaf by spritzing with water and placing onto scrap card.

Stamps - Open Dandelion, mini seed head, Dancing fairies, Fairy foragers, orchard grass and small Olivia

Red and orange Kuretake pens for all the flowers and wings

I made the background this morning using Lime, Chilli Jam and Blueberry Dinkles by Lavinia.  I was unsure about how to use it and has been sitting in front of me all day.

Animal magic

 Hello everyone

Today I needed to kick start my mojo as everything I am trying to create is just not going to plan so

 thought I would make an A6 card, a smaller area to work on,  using a background which was a clean up

 from Flower spray Lavinia stencil. Was used for another project (Spritz stencil with water and press onto a piece of scrap card)

Ingredients used are Lavinia stamps, Unicorn 2, Rue, Spanish moss, orchard grass and Woodland mice

Elements ink Della blue and mermaid,

Versafine clair Warm breeze and Medieval blue

Black sharpie and fineliner

White pastel pencil

Glitter poscas light and dark blue

Inks used were Versafine Clair Nocturn, Rain forest.

Versacolor inks cardinal, pink and Boysenberry

Glamour dust glitter random on the hills and lavinia holographic glitter over the wreath

Birthday wishes

I came back from a weeks holiday in Turkey yesterday and had to make a card for my daughters birthday on Monday of which by the way is mine also. 

It was an interesting holiday as I had an accident after 3 days involving concrete and decking injuries causing black eyes, large lump on forehead and lots of skin scraped off my arms and legs,(some could have done with skin grafts) sprained hand but hey ho thank goodness I am home.  Before anyone asks if I went to hospital the answer is NO I did not want to spend another minute than necessary away from home.  I found that Iodine helped and for the record I do not drink alcohol or illegal drugs lol. Anyhow that is enough of my woes. I think next year I may not bother with a holiday and just spend the grand on art stuff lol.   

Although I am right handed and it is my left that is injured it is surprising how much we need that other hand lol.  

I just wanted to get back to creating listed are all the ingredients as usual

'Bird watching or Stag watching?

 Hey everyone hope you are all well.

I am off to Turkey on Thursday so am trying to cram as many cards in before then, I know I am going to miss my craft room, in fact missing it already lol.  

Today I am going to share this card which is called ''Is it bird watching or stag watching?''

For this the ingredients I used were hill and circle masks

Lavinia stamps orchard grass, birds, woodland hares (only half of him on page lol), woodland mice, mini leaf 5 and spanish moss - also stamped some fern on the white corner of the card

Elements inks Graphite, confettie, Russet orange and olive

Versafine clair Nocturne, rain forest and verdant

Aqua shimmer glitter gloss - cannot see it in the photo but ho such is life!!!!

Snow is falling, all around us

 Hi again 

I just had to follow one of Tracy Duttons tutorials today and this is what I came up with Thank you Tracy for a fabulous card and I enjoyed it so much may try again in different colours. Mine did not turn out exactly the same no white space, the hills were extended and different branches/words (which I forgot to stamp off the words before using so turned out a little too dark) - I will do better next time lol

Flutterby

 For this month the challenge theme over at AAA Birthday Challenge is Favorite Colours chosen by Sue

 I have so many favoutite colours so this time I have opted for green.

A simple butterfly by memory box cut from a backgound I had made from a gel plate design and using an embossing folder to give it interest.The three smaller butterflies using a punch. The backgound I used the same embossing folder.  All of the wings lift away from the card to make it 3-dimensional.
