October already *

For this months challenge over at Eclectic Ellapu, theme for the pink team is Vintage or Shabby Chic, I have altered a birdhouse with a  shabby chic feel to it but it also has a useful purpose to it.  I left the roof to serve as a lid.  I am going to use this as a container for my cotton wool in my bedroom.

Items used for this project are
pink and white paint crackled
2 metal corners, 2 metal filigree and metal owl - all can be purchased from my zibbet shop called KrafterZion
modelling paste for the roof and highlighted using pink inka gold

Sorry for the overload of pics but it had to be done lol.

Thats it for now and why not head on over to Eclectic Ellapu for this months challenge

  1. I absolutely love the texture on the roof & the "gingerbread" coming off the edge of the roof. The owl framing the door is incredible... love him and the crown on his head! Well done toots, and thank you so much for sharing your project and creativity at 613 Ave C!
