Snowflakes for Christmas 11

Hi again, yes it's me again with my other clean and simple Christmas card using a background using Lavinia Dinkles with the card masked off to create the three coloured areas

I have been playing with my Lavinia Dinkles for a few backgrounds using low tack tape for definitive lines

I wanted to make a couple of clean and simple for a change

For this one I used amethyst and blueberry Dinkles

I am rusty so I started off replicating a simple card I made a while back just to dip my toe in the water or actually drown. Please, if you feel like it please go to my channel, watch it through gritted teeth, have a laugh, and maybe follow, like, subscribe or make a comment (that is a kind one). I am still learning from my mistakes made in this one ie focus and such like lol.

I started to put this one together last night and was a little unsure of it however got home from work and added some shimmer to it = like it better now

Sorry about the pic and the shine from the gloss. One can't win -on the one hand the glitter/gloss is showing too shiny and on the other the glitter does not show up much at all lol.

Lighting the way 5

Hi all

I put this one together today and had no idea where this was going.

I used the following Lavinia products

Fairy Lantern Set,Fir Cone branch, Fip,Eve,Mini holly and mini fairy lantern

Glitter gel pens brown, red and gold

Red, orange and green Kuretake pens

Holographic glitter

I am really not happy with the pic but it is the best of the bunch the glitter does not show at the bottom of the wreath

Misty trees POE 3

hi it is time for a new challenge over at Peace on Earth Christmasand just look at the beautiful mood board we have for you. I absolutely love this one

For this theme I used a fir tree by Lavinia stamps and what a beauty it is. I covered the background in grey, stamped the tree several times including 2nd and 3rd stamping to give it depth. I randomly wiped shady lane Versafine clair in some parts of the scene and finally finished it off further layers of grey and white until I was happy with it. The amount of times drying off and relayering was many let me assure you lol

I then stamped the tree once more at the front to give it even more depth- and I am now a happy with the result.

Let the lanterns shine brightly 6

Good evening, morning or afternoon wherever you are in the world

This was quite painstakingly time consuming as I had no idea where it was going

The other day I was playing with Roland gel press (Lavinia) and achieved the larger circle using elements olive, lime punch and blue lagoon with water and mica splats (well that was the first mistake trying to stamp over mica minerals lol)

I then used the circle frame from the sticker stencils set number 5 (Lavinia)

I used olive and mulberry elements to make a deeper circle within the circle

Nocturne and shady lane Versafine clair for stamping

The stamps I used are Wild pine, Eve, Felicity, mini fairy lantern, Fairy lantern set, Christmas greetings and winter magic

Holographic glitter

Black and silver glitter gel pens

green sharpie for the edge

Kuretake pens green, red and orange

Lime green stickles.

Circle mask for spotlight

I used silver gel pen over the sentiments so it looked like a shadow from the black stamping.

Yellow Sheena Douglas sparkle pen over the lanterns

Quite difficult to photograph to catch the glitter just right so apologise for the pic

Christmas. Noel and Peace 8

Hello everyone, I am back!!!!

Well this morning I got a little busy making my cards for colleagues at work.

I did not want to list these separately so have batched them together

I have listed all the Lavinia products used as follows.

First card Christmas Joy, Mooch and Seasonal words. Versafine clair Shady Lane and elements Olive. Gold Gmaour dust glitter and a little Holographic Glitter. White gel pen. Gold sharpie. White pastel pencil and black polychromo pencil

Second card Christmas Joy, woodland mouse and Seasonal words. Versafine clair Monarch and Violet chalk elements. Fairy-tales glitter and holographic glitter. White gel pen and purple sharpie, White pastel pencil and black polychromo pencil

Third card Christmas Joy, Stage and Seasonal words. Versafinefine clair Twighlight and blue atoll elements ink. Holographic glitter. White gel pen and and silver sharpie. White pastel pencil and black polychromo pencil

I apologise for not seeing the glitter in it's full glory but it is the best I could do!!!!

The fourth picture is the usual mess I work in. Everything comes out and stays out until the bitter end when finished. LOL

Leave the fir cone alone 4

Hi everyone, I am back with another for today and it will be my last I promise lol

I gained inspiration from Tracey Dutton of Lavinia stamps using Celeste and pine cones.

For this one I wanted to use a couple of my stamps I had not taken out the packet, let alone used.

Today I put together a card using snowflakes from the Lavinia's latest release, Winter Whispers, and mixed it up with a few older designs

I wish the photo could capture all the sparkle but after trying to capture it for at least 50 times - I gave up lol

Oh Deer, this is going to settle 7

Hi all

I am back with another blizzard card though the snow is about to settle. I enjoyed making a mess last time so made another.

I used Magnus and Large Reindeer, Moon, Tree stem and Tree den Lavinia stamps

Browns and and black Versafine clair inks

White pastel to give it a misty look

Truffle, Della blue, Violet chalk and Sahara elements inks

White posca pen for loads of splatters

Water splatters on the ground

White distress crayon for the orbs through a small circle stencil

Waiting for the mail man 1

Hi all it is time for a new challenge over at Peace on Earth Christmas and this is the moodboard to follow. Pick any one or more elemnts for your make

I chose red, mailbox, and a cat in the snow in the widnerness no trees nothing but him/her and the mailbox. i just wanted the focus on those two elements. I used a posca pen for the snow fall scribbles for the ground. I used fluffy puffy stuff aand instead of using a heat gun for it to rise I just pushed it about randomly and sprinkled glitter.

I used Card-io stamp sets, Mini Tall trees, Christmastide and Starstruck

Some bunny loves you 4

Hi all still using phone to post and would like to be able to tell you that it is now easy to do - NOT!!! Cannot wait until my laptop is fixed and back home with me

Today I have tried to make a card, four attempts and on the fifth is just about acceptable and is certainly not what I was trying to do all day. It is what it is lol

For this one I used the following Lavinia products

Every item on the card, excluding Star and Pipin, have been drawn over using the glitter gel pens - took me ages but enjoyed doing so.

Catch a falling star

Hi all, hope you're all well

I'm still using my phone which is quite a pain with the typing. I just hope I get my laptop back soon it's pretty poorly so I reckon it's going to be a couple of weeks but hey ho that's life. Another thing that is annoying me is I cannot work out how to enter my cards into challenges using my phone, just not work that out yet.

Anyhow this is another card I've made today and I hope you like it. I am a little unsure myself but thought I'd share it anyway. The products I've used for this is listed below.

A background I made using a used stencil with the remaining inks still on it, spritzed with water and lay down on a piece of card, of course I let it dry before using it

Lavinia stamps used are orchard grass, fairy foragers, Tia, wild poppies and fairy catkins

versafine Clair medieval blue, monarch, and Twilight

Elements inks violet chalk and Della blue

Black, gold, blue glitter gel pens

Purple spectrum noir sparkle pens
