Crikey it is May already - where on earth has the time gone!
This month over at The Mirror Crack'd the theme is Tryptich. I don't mind telling you I struggled with this one lol. I had the background prepared for ages and kept changing my mind on what to do. Initially I was making a shabby chic piece and covered both sides with butterfly napkins, crackled and antiqued. I just did not know from then on lol.
Last night I decided to stencil with modelling paste and crackle paste. Loads of sprays and inka gold appeared and performed their magic. I left the back with the butterfly napkins.
I used a couple of wooden frames and grunged them up with modelling paste, paint and yet more inka gold (I love that stuff as you have probably guessed lol). I printed pictures of my twin grandchildren, Lili-Mae and Harvey and got them safely in the frames without any mishaps from within my dirty workspace. I colored up 'play time' letters using (yes you guessed) inka gold!
Voila all complete. Now for he pictures of back and front of my Tryptich.
