Hi all, hope you are well
On the South Coast of the UK we are experiencing different seasons in one day, sunny and rain and lots of wind lol. So pleased to be home from work, indoors and of course in my art room lol.
Anyhow I have just put this one together using Cream card for a change
Circle stencil for the outer part and one for the sun
Lavinia Stamp sets Mini Pippin, Flora set, bluebell and summer flower
Element ink pads lime punch and Olive
Versafine clair Rain forest, Nocturne, pinecone and Verdant
Orange fineliner bees and brown fineliner around the sentiment which was cut from a sheet of sentiments. My cutting is rather terrible as so small but managed to get it straight enough.
gold posca pen for the flowers, the bees trail and splatters round the outside of the card
Water splattered over the green background
White pastel pencil on Pippin to give him a little shape/interest
Brown sharpie pen around the edge of front panel
lots of stickles but hard to see in photo
Added a complimetary envelope
Thank you for visiting I love visitors

Yes all season day it is still raining here - pleased I am indoors lol. Thank you hunny xx
DeleteSpectacular design! Love the earth tone colors. Great sentiment! Thanks for sharing at the Double D Challenge Blog.
ReplyDeleteAnother so very beautiful card Elaine. I Love the design and what a nice change to see brown not black pen. Love the images and the beautiful "meadow" and bees. I think we are all experiencing changeable weather Elaine, people around here are in puffa jackets and have umbrellas. Then it's too hot when the sun comes out, and they have to carry them. British weather at its best hahaha
ReplyDeleteThank ytou so much hunny. Yes Brown is a softer contrast to the earth tones which suit cream cards far more than black xx
