Christmas burds but not a turkey in sight! *

Just a quick post showing you one more Christmas card for my collection.  I used the crazy birds by stamping onto Christmas paper and cutting them out. I used glossy accents over the eyes.   Love the dylusions saying too.

I used a snowman stamp, metallic inks, clear embossing powder with a lil glitter mixed in, glitter for the snowflakes and flower soft for the snow.

That's it right now until I get some more done - they are needed lol.

Another Christmas card.. F

Another quickie post - in fact there will be two quickie posts today.  Just Christmas cards ....

I used a snowman stamp, metallic inks, clear embossing powder with a lil glitter mixed in, backing paper,  glitter for the snowflakes and flower soft for the snow.

That's it and I will be writing the same for the next post apart from using backing paper lol.

Wow .. it really is December! - F

Well this will be my final project for Eclectic Ellapu for 2014.  We will be having a break over the Christmas and New Year period and challenges will be starting up again on the 1st of February.  

Also there is an announcement on both challenge blogs - We now have many wonderful ladies to design alongside my already long serving DT (suffering I guess as I wont let them go lol)  A few of them have been with me for over 2 years and I really do appreciate them. 

Anyway getting on with the reason I am blogging today - It is a new challenge over at Eclectic Ellapu and the theme for the Pink Team is Vintage Christmas - I just love vintage!

I will just list the Ingredients

Two more cards to show....f

Hi all

Happy weekend to you - I for one am so relieved to have 2 days off as been a tiring week for me.  

I have two cards to show you this time (for a change lol) - well i did say there would be more to come!

The first one to show is one for a man (have several of these to make).  The stamp comes from Cuddly Buddly, a new range of steampunk stamps. I love them.  I stamped it using white stazon ink.  I highlighted various areas using a white poly and a gold prisma, tore round the image, wiped a gold ink pad round the edge before mounting it onto another piece of green card.  I then mounted it onto a kraft card blank.  I stamped the greeting using the gold inkpad onto the green backing card.  That's it for the male card and here are the pics.

Now for the other card lol.  I have used this stamp on a few cards now cos I just love it and its versatility.  It is the winter scene by stampendous.  This time I coloured it using muted browns and used glitter for the snow instead of flower soft.  I think I prefer it actually.  I mounted it onto a plum coloured backing card, stamped the sentiment to the side and mounted it onto another kraft card blank.  Now for the pics.....

Yet another Christmas card f

There seems to be the Christmas theme running continuously at the moment lol.  

For this one I used an Indigoblu sentiment stamp, heat embossed with gold.  Vintage style lamp post stamp (do not know the make) embossed clear over sepia ink.  I then colored it using my polys.  I used white and green flower soft for the snow.  That's that all done!
