I used my Nellie snellen robin embossing folder and inked it up using Distress Oxide Ink pads pumice stone, hickory smoke and a little black. I embossed 4 pieces of card, one for the background and the other 3 for the letters so I could match them up over top. I uses Rose Quartz Inka Gold as I don't have gilding wax (however that is on my ever ending list of things I MUST have lol ) The letters are by Alexandra Renke and stacked twice. I used pink card for the backing. The sentiment was written on laptop and printed.
Thank you for dropping by

ReplyDeleteElaine, this is just stunning! It was your work, and my time on your design team, that first inspired me to take on Mixed Media. I think your cards may be the inspiration I need to once again get back into papercrafting.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this fabulous project with us at A Place to Start!

Hello Chana. that is so sweet of you to say so. I just got fed up with all the mess and sold it all. My work just sat around doing nothing. I don't have anyone in my life that would appreciate it so thought back to card making and I love it. I donate all my cards to charity. apart from the ones I need to send lol. xx
