Snowy boughs

I had seen someone a while back on YouTube making a card like this and fell in love.  I have not made an exact copy as for one I did not have the same stamps and colours.

For the background I blended black and white very gently, I used card-io stamps, the bird and the bough and creative expressions for the twiggy bits round the edge.  They were actually a tree stamp but just inked the tree tops. In hindsight I could have used my twiggy stamp I recently bought - 0h well for the next one as I will definitely make more of these.

I used versafine sepia for all elements, except the bird, and white brilliance around the image. They were stamped off twice before applying to the card

I used black versafine for the birdie and added white and blue from ink pad.

I used a white gel pen for the snow on the elements, snow flakes and a touch of glitter

Thank you for visiting
